Oh La La!!

Taking a wee break from the Train series to cup my hands around my mouth and give a shout-out to Eileen at The Scenic Route! She is wise, caring & sweet as a ripe Georgia peach! She won the Stylish Blog Award and Oh-La-La~She bestowed it upon me!

As a recipient of this award I'm asked to share 7 things about me that you may or may not know.

1. {Lud-dub Lud-dub Lud-dub} My heart beats for Missions & Mentoring. Orphans & Underdogs. Slaves & Side-lined.
2. My grass is blue
3. Mt. Everest and I have a date some time in this life
4. College football games, on crisp mountain days, are always too far off
5. Helllurrrr! 30 minute comedies max my ADD. Unless you're Jim Gaffigan, Brian Regan or Medea.
6. Put a hammer, garden spade or scissors in my hands & I'll build, grow or whip you up something!
7. I [H] [E] [A] [R] [T] Scrabble

Now you know! In addition to sharing these random facts, I get to pass this award on! So,without further adieu, I'd like to introduce you to...

Can't Cook a Lick: Carol is clay in the hands of the Master Potter; she's a rare and beautiful masterpiece. Her encouraging words always resonate close to home.

Almond Leaf: Elizabeth is radiant and beautiful. Loves well. Feels deeply. And stands by justice and truth like few I know.

Journey of Healing: Stephanie knows what it is to wait at the tomb for Jesus. As He calls others to come out, her faith helps them "Take off the grave clothes" {John 11}.

Joy in the Truth: Sharon signs her emails, Hushed and Humbled by Him. I'm often hushed and humbled by her wisdom, love and delight in the Lord.

Red Letter Living: Karen's raw faith clings to the Word, as she seeks wisdom for her son Grant, recently diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder. I've matured & grown from her trust.

Get Out of the Boat: Kandi once wrote of sitting at an open window with the spring breeze blowing in... her words are warm and welcoming like that.

There are so many more I'd love to mention...one day I promise I will!
